MediaTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the brand owner or their authorized representative) and MediaPilot. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
MediaPilot is an AI assistant for marketing. It suggests strategies, writes content and ads, reads your results, and, with your permission, changes your Meta ads within limits you set. AI can make mistakes: review its suggestions, especially before approving changes or publishing content.
2. Your account and responsibilities
- Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only connect ad accounts, Pages and stores you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for your ads, products and content, and for following Meta's Advertising Standards and Egyptian law.
- Do not misuse the service: no attacks, scraping, reselling access, or illegal or deceptive advertising.
3. Ad spend and results
- Your ad budget is paid by you directly to Meta. MediaPilot's price does not include ad spend.
- MediaPilot keeps within the monthly budget and hard maximum you set, but Meta may sometimes spend slightly above a daily budget, as Meta's own rules allow.
- We do not guarantee sales, profits or any specific results.
4. Plans, trial and payment
- New accounts get a free trial (no card needed). After it ends, choose a paid plan to keep using the agent.
- Plans are prepaid for a month or a year through Kashier or another method we accept. They do not renew automatically; we remind you before the end.
- If a plan ends, there is a 3-day grace period; after that the agent stops working on your account, but your data stays until you delete it.
- Refunds: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
- We may change prices; changes apply from your next payment.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, including anonymous industry benchmarks that you can turn off at any time.
Brand Studio: the names, logos and designs MediaPilot creates for you are yours to use. They are generated from simple shapes and free fonts, but we cannot guarantee that a name or logo is free to register: check the trademark, domain and social handles before you use them widely.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep MediaPilot available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Meta, store platforms or other providers may change their systems, which can affect features. We may improve or change features over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MediaPilot is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, after notice where possible.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Cairo courts have jurisdiction.

شروط الاستخدام
الشروط دي اتفاق بينك (صاحب البراند أو اللي مفوّض عنه) وبين MediaPilot. لما تعمل حساب، تبقى موافق عليها.
1. الخدمة
MediaPilot مساعد تسويق بالذكاء الاصطناعي. بيقترح استراتيجيات، يكتب محتوى وإعلانات، يقرا نتايجك، وبإذنك يعدّل إعلانات ميتا في حدود إنت اللي بتحطها. الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن يغلط: راجع اقتراحاته، خصوصاً قبل ما توافق على تغييرات أو تنشر محتوى.
2. حسابك ومسؤولياتك
- حافظ على بيانات دخولك؛ إنت مسؤول عن اللي بيحصل في حسابك.
- اربط بس الحسابات الإعلانية والصفحات والمتاجر اللي بتملكها أو مسموحلك تديرها.
- إنت مسؤول عن إعلاناتك ومنتجاتك ومحتواك، وعن الالتزام بمعايير إعلانات ميتا والقانون المصري.
- ممنوع إساءة استخدام الخدمة: هجمات، سحب بيانات، إعادة بيع الوصول، أو إعلانات مخالفة أو مضللة.
3. ميزانية الإعلانات والنتايج
- ميزانية إعلاناتك بتدفعها إنت لميتا مباشرة. سعر MediaPilot مش شامل ميزانية الإعلانات.
- MediaPilot بيلتزم بالميزانية الشهرية والحد الأقصى اللي حاططهم، بس ميتا أحياناً بتصرف أكتر شوية من الميزانية اليومية حسب قواعدها.
- إحنا مش بنضمن مبيعات أو أرباح أو نتايج معينة.
4. الباقات والتجربة والدفع
- الحسابات الجديدة ليها تجربة مجانية (من غير كارت). بعدها اختار باقة مدفوعة عشان تكمل.
- الباقات مدفوعة مقدماً لشهر أو سنة عن طريق Kashier أو أي طريقة دفع تانية بنقبلها، ومش بتتجدد لوحدها؛ بنفكّرك قبل ما تخلص.
- لو الباقة خلصت، فيه 3 أيام سماح، وبعدها الوكيل بيقف عن الشغل في حسابك، بس بياناتك بتفضل موجودة لحد ما تمسحها.
- الاسترجاع: لو مش راضي، اطلب خلال 7 أيام من أول دفعة وناخد استرجاع كامل. الدفعات اللي بعد كده مش بتترجع إلا في الحالات اللي القانون بيلزم بيها.
- ممكن نغيّر الأسعار، والتغيير بيتطبق من الدفعة الجاية.
5. بياناتك
بياناتك ملكك. إنت بتسمحلنا نستخدمها بس عشان نقدّم الخدمة، زي ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية، ومنها المتوسطات المجهولة للمجالات اللي تقدر تقفلها في أي وقت.
استوديو البراند: الأسماء واللوجوهات والتصميمات اللي MediaPilot بيعملها ليك ملكك تستخدمها. بتتعمل من أشكال بسيطة وخطوط مجانية، بس مش بنقدر نضمن إن الاسم أو اللوجو متاح للتسجيل: اتأكد من العلامة التجارية والدومين وأسماء السوشيال ميديا قبل ما تستخدمهم على نطاق واسع.
6. التوفر والتغييرات
بنشتغل عشان MediaPilot يفضل متاح، بس مانقدرش نضمن إنه عمره ما هيقف. ميتا ومنصات المتاجر وغيرهم ممكن يغيّروا أنظمتهم وده ممكن يأثر على بعض المزايا. وممكن نطوّر أو نغيّر المزايا مع الوقت.
7. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود اللي القانون بيسمح بيها، MediaPilot مش مسؤول عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو أرباح ضايعة أو مصاريف إعلانات، وأقصى مسؤولية علينا هي اللي دفعته لنا في آخر 3 شهور قبل المطالبة.
8. إنهاء الاتفاق
تقدر توقف في أي وقت وتمسح حسابك من الإعدادات. وإحنا ممكن نوقف الحسابات اللي بتخالف الشروط دي أو القانون، بعد ما نبلغ لو أمكن.
9. القانون
الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ومحاكم القاهرة هي المختصة.
