Delete your data

Delete everything (account and all data)

  1. Log in to MediaPilot at https://mediapiloteg.com.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm. Your brand, files, store and Meta data, plans and login are deleted.

Remove only the Meta (Facebook) connection

  • In MediaPilot: Campaigns → Disconnect. The access token and the ads data we copied are deleted at once.
  • Or in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), choose MediaPilot and click Remove. Facebook tells us, and we delete your Meta data automatically.
Can't log in? Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 7 days.

حذف كل حاجة (الحساب وكل البيانات)

  1. ادخل على MediaPilot من https://mediapiloteg.com.
  2. افتح الإعدادات وانزل لحد امسح حسابي.
  3. اكتب DELETE وأكّد. هيتمسح البراند والملفات وبيانات المتجر وميتا والباقات وحساب الدخول.

فصل ربط ميتا (فيسبوك) بس

  • من MediaPilot: الحملات ← فصل. مفتاح الدخول وبيانات الإعلانات اللي نسخناها بيتمسحوا فوراً.
  • أو من فيسبوك: الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← تكاملات الأعمال (أو التطبيقات والمواقع)، اختار MediaPilot ودوس إزالة. فيسبوك بيبلغنا وبنمسح بيانات ميتا بتاعتك أوتوماتيك.
مش قادر تدخل؟ ابعت إيميل لـ [email protected] من إيميل حسابك بعنوان "احذف بياناتي"، وبنأكدلك خلال 7 أيام.
